hi
i am looking for a room, maybe even a shared room in Brno. I will move there at the 14th of sept, and stay at least the middle of february. I am an erasmus student, but the university dormitory is way too expensive so i just can't afford that. I'm looking for a room maximum about 2000 Kc per month, but less would be better...
I'm from Hungary, don't speak any czech, yet, i'm vegetarian, 24 year old, girl, would like to live with local, nice people or smart students, in some old part of the city (not in downtown!) would be nice. I don't really care about luxury, in fact I don't like the very new things, like TV and such things...

u can live in university dormitory for less than 2000 (but not in a single room of course)..dormitory is almost ALWAYS cheaper than a room in a private flat...and u will receive a scholarship to help u to pay for dormitory

in faxt i can't live there just for 120euros, cause they say international students cannot choose between dormitories, and somehow when I see the price they write us (this 120 euros) in vinarska, and the price a local student has to pay, it's totally different. so for you it might be cheaper, for me it turns out to be a lot more... and of course we cannot even dream about scholarship for dormitory. (and it is forbidden to work)

naucime sa anglicky? ;)
a ano, bohuzial, zahranicni studenti su automaticky umiestnovani na Vinarky, coz je sice kvalitna, ale tomu primerane draha kolej...

a ubytovacie stipendium sa na nich nevztahuje? som si myslela ze kazdy kto nie je priamo z Brna ho dostava...

but why are u going to study in Brno if u are not able to afford that?
what about a room for 4 people in Vinarska dormitory? can u decide how many people u want to share a room with?

slecna sem ide cez Erasmus... to je ine - ine granty, dotacie, etc
naopak taka Naty (rusko), sem ide ako regulerny student, bude studovat v cestine (teda, je na filde, na rustine, ale to je vedlajsie :)) a teda jej prislucha ubytovacie stipko, aspon by teda malo

a na vinarkach sa tazko vopchas do limitu 2papiere, aj na 4ke izbe...
ale to mozno kecam, no :) oni ich maju radi, ze su zahranicni, tak aby mali vsetok luxus, ale nie kazdeho moze bavit tolko cvakat... (inak, slecna bude na fss, ale akoby som nic nepovedala :)
a boh tusi, ako to je s tym erasmom :))

mno, tak to nie je zle...
ale zase, ked jej MU ponukne len dvojku, alebo tak, tak si slecna moc nevyberie, sama pisala, ze pytali 120e, coz je pre nu neprijatelne...

a nemoze to spravit tak ze to zoberie a potom sa s niekym vymeni?:-D to asi nie ze... no skoda... my s priatelom hladame ubytko tak ked nieco najdeme tak ju zoberieme (on je z Komarna:-))

haat, keby ja tak viem :D
ako to oni maju vymyslene....
ale co som so slecnou pisala, chce sa vopchat do sumy 2, je z fss, a bude si pisat beztak diplomovku vacsinu casu...
slecna nema ani len pristup na IS, zatial aspon, takze som jej hadzala nejake inzeraty na Vyvesku, ale ci sa niekto ozve...
a inak, vam vela stastia pri hladani :)

no, i haven't find anything yet... some people from brno wrote that they asked friends and maybe they can help finding something but not clear. also unfortunately i can't understand the conversation here - neither can i browse existing advertisements...

ahm, yes and I am at social studies factulty, and no i can't choose with how many people i want to share my room with. and about the fact that I can't afford: prices in hungary and in budapest are quite the same. I can afford to come if i have to pay the normal prices and western european prices. And I think everyone should be able to study even if they can't afford it: economical discrimination is just one of the many forms of social discrimination.

we were talking about possibility to choose 4person/room in Vinarky dormitory - its much more cheaper (55kc/day - it makes 1900,-kc per month)
but we decided, its not possible (they "offer" you more expensive one, coz you are an Erasmus student)
and. if you want, i can put those ads everywhere again, no problem :) maybe it will help...
